Refund policy
We want you to love every bottle of our flavored sauces, but if something's off, we’ve got your back within reason.
Here’s how it works:
Refundable if:
- The product arrived damaged (please send us photos as proof).
- You received the wrong item.
- The product is unopened and in its original condition and packaging.
- The request was sent the same day the order arrived.
Non-Refundable if:
- You changed your mind after opening or using the product.
- You contact us more than a day after receiving your order.
- The issue is due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
- The damage was caused after you received it.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refund Process & Timeline:
Refunds will be made to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchange & Rescheduling
Exchanges and rescheduling are allowed based on product availability and scheduling capacity.
Cancellation by the Client
Clients may cancel their order or booking before the order has been fulfilled and shipped out.
Cancellation by the Company
We may cancel an order due to unavailability, payment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

You must contact us within the same day of receiving your order. After that, unfortunately, we can’t process any refund or exchange.
